Install and open Clura

  1. 1

    Use the official extension listing

Follow the Chrome extension install link from clura.ai to Clura’s Chrome Web Store page. Check that the product is Clura before adding it.

  2. 2

    Complete Chrome’s installation prompt

Choose Add to Chrome and review Chrome’s permission prompt. After installation, use the extensions menu in the toolbar to find Clura.

  3. 3

    Pin and open

Pin Clura if you want a toolbar shortcut. Open a regular website tab, then select Clura to open its side panel.

  4. 4

    Try the first preview

Choose Quick Scrape on Home and review the detected list before starting a run. You can also open the extractor tools directly from the sidebar.

Check or update your installed version

Chrome’s extension details show the installed version. This guide documents released version 1.7.3. Chrome normally manages installed extension updates; if Clura displays Update Required, follow its Update Extension action and check the installed version again.

After an update, reload the website you want to scrape so the page and the extension can start a fresh selection. Keep any useful downloaded results before troubleshooting with a reinstall.

If installation or page access is blocked

A managed browser can restrict extension installation. Follow your organization’s browser policy if Chrome reports that an administrator blocked the extension.

Clura cannot scan Chrome settings or the Chrome Web Store itself. Once installed, switch to a regular website page before opening a scraper or page extractor.
