Understand accounts, export limits, and plan checks

The released download gate gives a free account 1 export per rolling 24 hours. This is a rolling window, not a promise that allowance resets at midnight. The cooldown message shows when another free export becomes available.

You can scrape and view results without treating every row as an export. Extractor tools allow viewing, and OCR text can be read and copied separately from TXT or CSV downloads. Download actions still check account access and usage.

   Open Profile

   Confirm the account identity and plan displayed. Make sure you signed into the account associated with your purchase.

   Open Subscription

   Review the current plan options and status in the extension. Use the displayed checkout information for current price and billing terms.

   Retry the affected action

   If status was stale, refresh it before trying again. Could not verify export means the entitlement check failed; check your connection and retry rather than repeatedly starting downloads.

Eligible paid access provides unlimited exports, but connector availability also has its own entitlement check in this release. A lock on a particular action should be assessed from the account and message shown there.

This guide does not promise a fixed price or that every historic plan exposes every connector. Use Report Issue with your account’s plan label and the locked action if your expected access is missing.
